BESS project delivery and service scope
A clear responsibility matrix helps owners, installers and EPCs compare offers and prepare for commissioning.
Site assessment
Agree the application, power/energy target, grid connection, space, access and operating constraints.
Engineering and supply
Specify battery, PCS, EMS, voltage and communications. Identify whether transformer, switchgear, protection, cabling and civil works are included or supplied by others.
Commissioning and acceptance
Define the installation checks, functional tests, metering and communications tests, control settings, acceptance criteria and handover documents.
Warranty and service
Request the equipment-specific warranty and its throughput, cycle, temperature, state-of-charge and operating conditions. Agree monitoring, response arrangements, maintenance responsibilities and spare-parts scope in writing.
Safety and compliance evidence
Request the applicable declarations, test reports and installation guidance for the offered configuration. Distinguish cell-level testing from module, cabinet or complete-system evidence. Country and grid requirements must be checked for the actual project.
Discuss your BESS project
Share the site and your role, intended application, grid connection power and voltage, target kW/kWh and timeline. Load profiles, PV data or a single-line diagram help us assess the technical scope.
